All the staffs were incredibly patient in answering all my questions and helping me choose the right frames and photos to suit my needs. In the end, I selected eight large frames with prints, and they even converted each image to black and white for me.
The order took about two weeks to be ready, and when I saw the final product, I was absolutely delighted—it looked even more beautiful than I had imagined. The frames were also very well-protected. Their service was outstanding, and I will definitely continue to support them!

I really like this place and have been a customer over a number of years. Every job has been perfect. Great quality, expertise and prices. I particularly appreciate the time and attention to detail given to my jobs by the staff. Finding the frame to best suit the work is an art form. My latest framing job took quite a while to settle on. The staff member helping me was engaged and enthusiastic and gave me plenty of time to think, good advice and helpful ideas.
I think it's hard to find the right place to shop and have work done on my precious (to me) art. I have found the right place.

I went to Glen Waverley branch for the first time. As soon as I went in I had a warm welcome by Delyce ! She spent her time and understood exactly what frame I was looking for and helped me to find the best frame I wished for the precious photo I have ; that’s my parents wedding photo and both of them have passed now !!! I was very impressed by the customer service and very happy with the frame . I want to thank you for your time and understanding ! I will come back again with more photos and now I know exactly where I should go to find the best frames ! Thank you.

The service at Frames Now was first class. The young girl who served me went out of her way to help me. I had to work within a budget and she helped find pieces I could use. My artwork looked so beautiful when it was finished. I will definitely be shopping here again.
