I went to Glen Waverley branch for the first time. As soon as I went in I had a warm welcome by Delyce ! She spent her time and understood exactly what frame I was looking for and helped me to find the best frame I wished for the precious photo I have ; that’s my parents wedding photo and both of them have passed now !!! I was very impressed by the customer service and very happy with the frame . I want to thank you for your time and understanding ! Until recently I was totally unaware that Frames Now did photo printing. What a find! The service was great, the quality of the print and the advice I received were both excellent. My regular framing shop of a number of years had sadly closed, and when I arrived at Frames Now Bayswater I had only intended to have a look and ask a few questions. However the staff were incredibly helpful, willing to offer ideas and allowed me to take my time to make my choices without feeling rushed. I cannot recommend Frames Now in Canterbury Rd, highly enough. I have had many pieces of my embroidery and special pictures framed by them.
The service, care and attention to detail by everyone there but in particular Marcella and Steph is exceptional.

Had a really positive experience at Frames Now Bayswater where I had two photos custom framed. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and, as a result of this great service, frame, matting board and glass were quickly selected. I was advised that the framing could take several weeks but the actual time was only two weeks.

We chose Frames Now to frame three family photos of our daughter, son-in-law and two grand daughters.
We were very pleased with the results until we un-wrapped the three frames at home and discovered the main photo had a mat installed that was wider on the right hand side than the mat on the LHSide.
The photo and frame were returned to Doncaster store. The staff agreed that there was an error in the mat and agreed to re-cut the mat, a few days later and the photo,frame and corrected mat were returned at Doncaster.
We recommend Frames Now for excellent service and a very satisfactory result.

Words can’t describe amazing and how grateful I am to the team at Frames Now Glen Waverley . When I brought my certificate in it had a fold mark and paper was damaged. Now it’s so hard to see it. When I saw it looking as good as new and expertly framed to suit my needs including non reflective glass as I am vision impaired I nearly cried. I mentioned that I have more studies this year and being able to see my certificate on my wall will give me the push to keep going and finish.

My first time I’ve visited the store, after seeing your signage from Dorset Road.
What a very pleasant experience and friendly staff member Dean l met and served by.
Dean understood my needs with the particular picture work and were able to find a nice timber frame.
Dean also gave me the option of framing the work myself and for $30, having it framed by him and l said, that sounds great.
Originally, l was advised it could take a couple of days, but l said it was a gift for our eldest daughter and he said, see if l can do it today or by the following day, which l was grateful.
I got a call 3 hours later, telling me it was ready to pick up and l thought, wow that’s great.
The best part, when l received the framed works, l thought, that was so professionally presented.
I couldn’t recommend your firm even more and will be happy to return again, with future framing work.

Great customer service and advice provided in choosing mat colour for the ready frame we chose for a large size puzzle. We were advised to bring in the puzzle so it's easier to visualise. Only unexpected was that we aren't allowed to fit the puzzle into the purchased frame and mat in store (transporting the different parts back home was a bit harder as we were traveling with a baby),. We assumed we could quickly put it all together, didn't know it's not possible due to insurance. Still, thankful for their help.

Frames Now Werribee, provides an excellent in store service. We were attended to by Ebony who was very polite, and knowledgeable about all to do with picture framing. There were numerous samples to inform us and we were able to make our selection quickly. Ebony prepared the mat boards while we attended to some other shopping and the one frame not in stock was ordered and made available on time.

Always professional and thorough. Every single person I've dealt with there has been keen to follow up, answer any question, make recommendations. The pricing isn't cheap, but the results speak for themselves - and a couple times I wanted to save $, they sold me the 'parts' needed - and I was able to assemble and hang on my own. Very nice people and Company to work with :).

I wanted a black frame but had no idea about the rest.
The lady who served me was so helpful and friendly and the end result was perfect.

I have great experience with Frames Now Werribee. They provide great service and quality custom frames. I have visited the store multiple times to print few photos and ordered different sizes of frames. They even provided service to install the photos into the frames and sealed them. Above all, I am happy with the service and price is reasonable.

I’d give six stars if I could.
Our first time framing and we were gently guided by the expertise of Marcella (hope I got that right).
We worked through all the options to land on what looked best and within our budget for an original piece of art.
Picked it up today and it now hangs beautifully in our hall. We’ll be back, we’re already planning our ‘what next’.

I had a wonderful expierience with Sophia at Knox. She was so helpful even though the shop was busy. She understood my time constraints, and while she couldn't promise anything, tried her best to meet them. - Even though there was a last minute hickup, she was able to work through the issue and still managed to get it to me in time! Excellent job to re-birth a 55 year old original oil painting bought and loved by my father in 1970 at the Camberwell Art Show and that we lived with hanging in the family home. But time & a tired old frame nearly saw me part with it until I asked the staff at Frames Now how to bring the Standley Chasm, NT scene to life again. The frame design and workmanship has fully justified the cost, and friendly, enthusiastic service from photographic professionals gave this loved painting the honour and end result it deserved. I planned to come in to get a simple frame for a print I wanted. I was served promptly by the friendly Jade. She quickly showed me a number of options based on what I was looking for, she then asked what my plans were and when I needed it. I asked if she was able to do it on the spot and luckily it was quiet and she said she could but would contact me if anything changed. I went about my shopping and came back within the estimated timeframe and Jade expertly put everything together. It looked exactly how I wanted and we also had a great chat about our dogs. Would highly recommend Jade and the stores service.

While travelling Australia we bought 3 aboriginal paintings for home.
Once back we took the prints to Frames Now Fountain Gate to be framed.
Having no idea which way to go their help was much appreciated. After several ideas put forward we decided on colours and the frame. A very easy process and nothing was too hard for them.
Once all picked out and paid for we have 2 out of the 3 back and they are just amazing.

We have had several items framed at this store and have always been completely satisfied. The (female) staff member we always deal with (unfortunately we don't know her name!) is brilliant at selecting just the right frames and backgrounds for the works. We have even had some items re-framed that were done elsewhere that we were disappointed with and loved the result. We can't recommend this service more highly, you will not be disappointed (and no, they haven't paid us for this!!).

We purchased a set of four antique Portuguese hand-painted tiles during a recent trip to Portugal. We wanted to have them set up in a display frame that could be wall hung. Frames Now staff provided great suggestions and spent a lot of time working through various options. The finished frame with the tiles is fantastic and will look great on display at home.
