The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable and, as a result of this great service, frame, matting board and glass were quickly selected. I was advised that the framing could take several weeks but the actual time was only two weeks.

My first time I’ve visited the store, after seeing your signage from Dorset Road.
What a very pleasant experience and friendly staff member Dean l met and served by.
Dean understood my needs with the particular picture work and were able to find a nice timber frame.
Dean also gave me the option of framing the work myself and for $30, having it framed by him and l said, that sounds great.
Originally, l was advised it could take a couple of days, but l said it was a gift for our eldest daughter and he said, see if l can do it today or by the following day, which l was grateful.
I got a call 3 hours later, telling me it was ready to pick up and l thought, wow that’s great.
The best part, when l received the framed works, l thought, that was so professionally presented.
I couldn’t recommend your firm even more and will be happy to return again, with future framing work.

This is now the second piece of art work that we have had framed at Frames Now Bayswater. Both times the staff have been so helpful and patient while we keep choosing frames for our piece.
The first was very sentimental and a little damaged but the outcome was just stunning. Everyone walking into our ho.e comments on the piece.
The latest piece was for a special birthday and the finished product looks beautiful.
When we go to pick it up the lady even remembered us from when we picked the Frame.

She understood my time constraints, and while she couldn't promise anything, tried her best to meet them. - Even though there was a last minute hickup, she was able to work through the issue and still managed to get it to me in time! I planned to come in to get a simple frame for a print I wanted. I was served promptly by the friendly Jade. She quickly showed me a number of options based on what I was looking for, she then asked what my plans were and when I needed it. I asked if she was able to do it on the spot and luckily it was quiet and she said she could but would contact me if anything changed. I went about my shopping and came back within the estimated timeframe and Jade expertly put everything together. It looked exactly how I wanted and we also had a great chat about our dogs. I recently bought in two prints for framing at the Knox store. I cannot speak highly enough of the assistance I received from Sophia. She was knowledgeable in her suggestions on framing options, took time to understand what I was after, patient when I wanted to look at options she'd just showed me again (!!) and just generally warm and lovely. Even though my prints weren't any kind of masterpieces Sophia treated them and me like they were. I was super excited to pick them up and was impressed by the quality of the job. Sophia took time to attach the authenticity labels from the artist to the backs of the prints (which I didn't even know were there!) and I was really impressed by that. Will absolutely be using Frames Now Knox for all my future framing needs and wouldn't hesitate recommending them to others.
