Pleasurable experience and great customer service. I just wanted a picture framed. Instead they talked me through different frames and gave me insights to better my decision making. The high res printing was worth it. Originally it was supposed to take 24 hours. They got it done earlier and shot me a text during the day to collect earlier than expected which was a nice surprise.

I recently used Frames Now to repair and update my husband's cherished horse memorabilia, which he's had for over 20 years. Originally purchased elsewhere, the backing string had given way—thankfully without damaging the glass. However, the whip inside had come loose from its mount. Also the frame itself had started to look quite dated so I ceased the opportunity to update it.
Frames Now did a fantastic job restoring it. They carefully reattached the whip and updated the frame beautifully. The entire process was smooth and professional. Their team was friendly and prompt, keeping me informed with phone calls exactly when they said they would.

I came to the Southland store to buy 3 large frames that I had found online and had been encouraged to see them by Dino. They were good quality for the price. I intended to get photos printed elsewhere as I was not aware they did it there. I am so glad I decided to print my photos at Frames Now. Lachie is very into printing and great at maths! We chose Frames Now to frame three family photos of our daughter, son-in-law and two grand daughters.
We were very pleased with the results until we un-wrapped the three frames at home and discovered the main photo had a mat installed that was wider on the right hand side than the mat on the LHSide.
The photo and frame were returned to Doncaster store. The staff agreed that there was an error in the mat and agreed to re-cut the mat, a few days later and the photo,frame and corrected mat were returned at Doncaster.
We recommend Frames Now for excellent service and a very satisfactory result.

Words can’t describe amazing and how grateful I am to the team at Frames Now Glen Waverley . When I brought my certificate in it had a fold mark and paper was damaged. Now it’s so hard to see it. When I saw it looking as good as new and expertly framed to suit my needs including non reflective glass as I am vision impaired I nearly cried. I mentioned that I have more studies this year and being able to see my certificate on my wall will give me the push to keep going and finish.

I find everyone extremely helpful, friendly and with a lot of skill, and have been progressively getting special pictures / photos / paintings framed that have been needing to be framed and displayed sometimes for a number of years. Now I have more more confidence in the outcomes, it’s actually a pleasure - and also nice to feel both a sense of accomplishment and feeling of being welcomed (plus lovely to finally look at special things being displayed properly).

Great customer service and advice provided in choosing mat colour for the ready frame we chose for a large size puzzle. We were advised to bring in the puzzle so it's easier to visualise. Only unexpected was that we aren't allowed to fit the puzzle into the purchased frame and mat in store (transporting the different parts back home was a bit harder as we were traveling with a baby),. We assumed we could quickly put it all together, didn't know it's not possible due to insurance. Still, thankful for their help.

Frames Now Werribee, provides an excellent in store service. We were attended to by Ebony who was very polite, and knowledgeable about all to do with picture framing. There were numerous samples to inform us and we were able to make our selection quickly. Ebony prepared the mat boards while we attended to some other shopping and the one frame not in stock was ordered and made available on time.

We have had several items framed at this store and have always been completely satisfied. The (female) staff member we always deal with (unfortunately we don't know her name!) is brilliant at selecting just the right frames and backgrounds for the works. We have even had some items re-framed that were done elsewhere that we were disappointed with and loved the result. We can't recommend this service more highly, you will not be disappointed (and no, they haven't paid us for this!!).

Recently I had a painting framed by Frames Now and the finish was excellent but I felt that when hung, the choice of border was not quite right. No sooner had I mentioned this, Frames Now took it on themselves to contact me and offered to change the border at no cost. It is perfect now. Thank you Frames Now for excellent customer service.
