I am a repeat customer of Frames Now at Southland as I have always had such great service and fantastic product purchased. The last visit with Dino was amazing. He spent all the time I needed , even though he was busy, and didn't once make me feel rushed or that my framing was not important. Offered me solutions to get the best result! I will always go here for any framing needed, big or small. Always been extremely happy!!

I had a poster I wanted to frame but I wanted to do it myself - wanted larger frame, mounting board etc. Frames Now Doncaster we so helpful, walked me through options, helped me with colour selection etc. bought my goodies home and assembled it seamlessly. I have had many art pieces done at Frames Now, and every time they have been framed beautifully, but as this was just a poster I didn’t feel it warranted that investment, but I also wanted to frame it in a way to elevate it. I’m so happy with the outcome. I could not have imagined it without the help I got at Frames Now yesterday. Great team, patient, creative and so helpful - a very happy customer :))

I have to be honest. Initially I was as quite skeptical about how good the framing work and quality is
But after trying them twice I was extremely happy. The staff were very helpful, pleasant and very knowledgeable. The quality of the frame and settings are amazing. I will surely be using them again.

Very friendly and knowledgeable customer service, I went in to see if they had a couple of frames in a size I couldn’t find anywhere else and now I’m contemplating going back to get some old pieces I’ve inherited reframed (something I wasn’t even considering before my experience in-store.)

I had four music band posters to frame and the gentleman I dealt with all the way through was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The results were outstanding and exactly what I was after. I wish I had remembered his name to acknowledge him personally in this review.

I needed 3 frames for an up coming exhibition. Person I was served by was extremely helpful and knew exactly what was needed. I came away with 3 frames, perfect for the purpose and reasonably priced. Fantastic, couldn't have hoped for a better experience !!.

I wanted a large piece of work done for my home office. Werribee plaza were absolutely spectacular in helping myself with my vision & when picking it up today, it was exactly how I had envisioned my piece. I'm in love with my piece & would highly recommend frames now to anyone that admires my piece of art. You guys went above & beyond. 🤩
